Our truffles are all about the chocolate: dense, dark, and delightfully balanced.
Each truffle is crafted with a rich 71% organic, direct trade, soy free dark chocolate ganache center (made with a splash of Vermont heavy cream and gently infused with ingredients such as spices, herbs & fruit zest). Then the truffles are dipped in another layer of 71% chocolate and hand decorated.
